        Highly unprofessional and disappointing service. Booked an appointment after my consultation, got several reminder emails. and then the day of my appointment, Kelly is no where to be found. I went to two different locations and called and emailed multiple times. She no-showed on me with zero follow up. Thanks for wasting my time.

        I don't normally do reviews, but don't get permanent eyeliner here (unless you want a simple thin lash line). Went in for winged eyeliner, botched and completely uneven. Went back for a "touch up" and brought up my concerns of being nonsymmetrical. She just went over the same areas again, not fixing the shape (which they are completely different). Months later I'm now looking to spend more money to get them fixed. Wish i never went. Reply: That picture you mention was when it was just completed and my eyelids are swollen, therefore does not depict an accurate photo of how the liner turned out. Services: Permanent eyeliner, Permanent makeup touch-ups

        Kelly took the time to explain the procedure to me. Her salon is very clean and she made me feel very comfortable. She asked me how I was doing throughout the procedures. I felt 100% satisfied with my results, they turned out amazing and my lips look great with the color we chose. I will return to this salon again. I enjoy getting compliments on my lips.         This was an absolutely amazing experience, she was a perfectionist and went over each tiny area to make sure it looked even and natural, I may not even need a touch up. The color we picked was on point with what I wanted, I am so exhilarated to not have to mess with applying lip liner and color anymore, she outlined the lips a little to make them appear a little bigger because I have small lips so I may not even have to worry about lip fillers anymore. I highly recommend her for friends and family and to me it was worth the 33 minute drive to Scottsdale from West Phoenix thank you so much, I will go back for brows and eyeliner too!       Hi VinessaI wish you would have reached out and let me know you were not happy. As you can see from the photo I uploaded in 5/22 of your eyeliner was not botched or uneven, the entire team thought your eyeliner turned out great.I informed you of the healing process for permanent makeup, since it is different from tattoos, I informed you that some people will only need one session and others will need 3, depending on their lifestyle, skin type and healing process.When you came in for your retouch the photos I took show you still have a wing, so it would be Impossible for it to only have healed a "fine line"I would have been and am still happy to update your eyeliner until you are happy, as this is included in the services.
