They take the kids back and do the cleaning and inspection while you sit in the waiting room. You dont get to talk to the dentist or ask any questions. After theyre all done, they bring the kids out and a dental assistant will come and tell you what the dentist said. If you have any questions for the dentist, theyll tell you the dentist is busy.

I've gotten my braces here from a young age. I got them around 2017 and got them off before the lockdown happened. So the truth is they are just okay. They aren't the best and certainly aren't the worst. If you value your child and their health I recommend taking them somewhere else only after countless hours spent deliberating. They messed up my bottom teeth and after trying to say I have to pay for new braces again their previous orthodontist had wrote I didn't need my bottom ones out. So I had to go to a separate place to get my bottom teeth fixed with the other two taken out then I had to wait for months until it healed. Then I had to get the braces put on once more. I've been seen by dozens of orthodontists in my time and many would say conflicting things. I had suggested that they would need to put braces on and use rubber bands after my gap closes to pull my overbite and my protruding bottom teeth. Unfortunately, neither of them listened and I am still stuck with an overbite which isn't too bad but still bad work on their part. Not to mention the retainers oh my. After the first failed attempt they had told me I'd need to wear them but that made little sense since I was to get braces on once more anyways so I didn't. And now only then that I don't need them again will I wear them. I only went and suffered through the pain because it was paid for. As I stated earlier if you value your child's teeth do not take them year. Actually spend hours researching and confirming things. Just because someone spent decades learning doesn't mean that they can't be wrong. You are always learning.

ZERO STARS!!!! My son had a very horrible experience here. The staff is not trained properly. My son could have choked. He swallowed that big cotton swab that they stick in your mouth to absorb your saliva. They werent properly supervising him and not properly suctioning the excess saliva his mouth was producing which caused him to start to choke, and he swallowed a cotton swab. They called me to see if hes OK but not one of them has apologized to my son and what exactly is sorry going to do for him. He went through a traumatic experience and my son thought that he was going to choke. That lady should be fired and all they did was talk to her so she is still employed there working on your children. This is what the note said that they sent him home with: Concerns: Please evaluate and treat patient. Patient swallowed cotton roll during dental treatment. We want to make sure patient did not aspirate cotton roll into lungs. Patient discharged, breathing and talking ok.
