Went there this morning to send a fax and buy a iPad case. Went to have the fax sent and the man said he would help me. I had asked that he send it. He said they dont do that anymore. We went over to automation and he really didnt help. Another employee came over and they started having a discussion and ignored me. Then I asked about an iPad 2 case. He said they didnt carry them and to look on eBay. I walked over and found universal cases immediately. The only reason I didnt purchase it was because of that guy lacking so many customer service skills and that is what he is there for. Just wanted to let you know how bad your employees skills are. Just sad. And they lost out on a good purchase.

Called to get price of self-service copies and was given wrong information. Only 2 of the 4 self-service copy machines were working. The one copier I used jammed so I asked for assistance. I had to help the associate find the tray the error message referenced. Out of 120 copies, the machine jammed 9 times. The guy at checkout was more interested in talking to his homeboy across the store than waiting on me. It was cool in the store, though.
