Carol has my heart forever !!! She is the sweetest person and she made my horrible experience at another store turn around as soon as I walked into her store! She was so cheerful and excited to help my friend and I, also a blast to talk to! Ughh! I cant say enough nice things about her and her employee both super amazing! The store itself has such a big selection of lingerie and heels and toys! But what stood out most is how lively it felt in there bright , happy, the employees smiling and sparking conversations with us , it felt like just a complete 180 from other places Ive been to. I will 100000% be back because it was fun to shop here and I left happy and excited about my purchase! 10/10 recommend coming here

WARNING read before you waste your time and money the staff especially the manager know nothing about products or basic customer service and retention of customers me and my wife wanted a very specific toy i called in got the manager i asked about the unicorn kiss toy from creature c**ks i said the exact name 3 times was placed on hold and was told we have 2 unicorn kiss toys i had her set it aside after we arrived my wife found a lingerie set she wanted and a unicorn rainbow tail so we finished looking and went to the check out counter when she pulled out our toy that was on hold it was a different toy we already had creature makes 3 unicorn themed toys so i told the young lady thats not what i called for and drove 30 miles from my house 1 way to pick up since i was lied to and bait and switched i asked if i still buy the lingerie and tail may i have a discount to compensate the inconvenience she said i have to ask the manager she came out yelling thats all we have i told her but i was specific with you on the phone this is bait and switch she said sorry i didnt know they had 3 unicorns the one we wanted is called unicorn kiss she set aside the mystique not even close on the name i asked about a discount she said no way not possible i said this is ridiculous you messed up and act like its my fault i didn't do more i cant be a customer and do your job i think the owner needs new educated staff after my words twisted her arm off she said just give them 20 percent off and even pulled out a promotion card for 20 percent off WOW so if she would have apologized for the small mistake and discounted i would still be a customer but you couldn't pay me to shop here again even if it was anything and everything is free best store in the valley is GROOVE they have 5 locations all over the valley they have the best prices deals and they value customer service and appreciate the customers they value quality over quantity no junk Hustler Hollywood is like castle mega store old over priced not relevant today we went to hustler on 1/22/2024 ZERO STARS 00000

I absolutely love this store but I hadn't gone there to shop in forever and I was extremely happy and excited. They had great deals on lingerie which I plan on going to go back to get more very soon. They had a great selection and the customer service was what you would expect in a retail store but I can't wait to come back and shop again!

The store is nice but very expensive and the employees are nice but a bit over bearing they follow you the whole time and ask you if you need help many times which i know is there job but its annoying when you want to make more private shopping decisions like these lol
