Horrible customer service!! one of the ladies acts like she doesn't want to be there, if you're miserable working there literally get another job. My balloon popped as soon as I started driving away, I didn't even make it off the lot. I came back and they said they could do nothing about it except have me purchase another $14.00 ballon after I just paid $25.00 to have MY balloon blown up and popped as soon as I began to drive off. if i could give 0 stars i would. literally go anywhere else!! Terrible service!! One of the ladies acts like she doesn't want to be there, if you're so miserable working there, get another job. I got in the car and my balloon exploded, I didn't even leave the parking lot. I got out and they told me they couldn't do anything about it, but I could buy another $14.00 balloon after I just paid $25.00 to have MY balloon inflated so it would pop the minute I left there. If I could give 0 stars, I would!! go anywhere else!
