Man, where do I start? Adam and Julio, these guys are the DEFINITION of PHENOMENAL business men. I am a new business owner in the trade and these guys have quite literally gone above and beyond for me. I stop by this location almost every day on my way home and relentlessly badger Adam with questions and pick his brain NON STOP, so much that my fiance said I should just move into the store. However, even with me coming in every day, Adam has shown tremendous patience and willingness to answer all of my questions. And if he doesnt know, he will find out and either call me or let me know the next time I see him. This guy is the epitome of what every corporation wants when it comes to customer service. As for Julio, I can say pretty much the same thing. Although he isnt in the store location, I can literally call him at any point in the day (even called him on the weekend a few times) and he will answer. About a week ago I called him on his day off with an urgent question (I know, I felt bad.) He did not have the answer to my question but this guy took time out of his day to make some calls and find the answer I was looking for. To anyone running a painting business, Im telling you, YOU WANT THESE GUYS WORKING WITH YOU! To whoever processes these reviews for Sherwin Williams, GET THESE GUYS A PAID VACATION! Or at the bare minimum, a raise! Hands down, the GREATEST customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. They truly care and want to help you achieve success and will do everything in their power to make it happen. GIVE THEM A RAISE!

Daniel was great. He was very helpful and eager to assist, right down to helping us work through the perfect color of paint we needed.

I am a Property Manager, I stopped by today on my lunch to pick up some paint samples for renovations. As I entered the store an associate at the front counter just looked at me....no hello no welcome just a stare! I proceeded to the paint samples. Nearby two gentlemen were being assisted by another associate...again not even an acknowledgment. Once the associate finished with the gentlemen he ask if they needed any more help then proceeded to the front counter still not acknowledging me! I gathered my samples and left the store...still no bye or anything. This was bad customer service! I truly feel like if I wasn't a black woman I would have at least been acknowledged. I hope someone reads this and properly train their associates..

Worked with Daniel and David who both were extremely helpful with a paint match nightmare I was dealing with. They asked questions to understand my situation and were able to make a perfect recommendation. Well done!
