This was such an inviting office! This was my first time here with my fianc before a procedure and from the minute we walked in, the vibes were so welcoming and nice! The nice music playing and the 3 lovely ladies in the front. Thanks to Erica & Jordan for makig me feel comfy while I wait and for the snacks and yummy drink!

The staff is very courteous and competent. The facility is clean and bright. The waiting room was not crowed. Dr. Gordon is beyond wonderful. He is very caring and attentive. He shares all your exam information and treatment options with you, the patient. He was my ENT Dr. for years in Tucson and I was beyond happy to drive to Phoenix to see him. I would give him 10 stars if that was an option.
