Dr. Peter C. Kaiser at North Valley ENT was my surgeon and not only did he identify the problem but gave me a solution to issues I've had my whole life. I'm not able to take narcotics so I was told a tonsillectomy would be hard but manageable; Dr. Kaiser and his team were there every step of the way, they called to check on me, if any issues came up he could see me same day, he was nothing but positive which really served as a backbone for me. Dr. Kaiser even made sure they were symmetrical after they healed..he's amazing at what he does. I've had lots of health issues and multiple surgeries; I've never been treated the way I was by this Dr and the team at North Valley ENT. --forever grateful!!

Our family is so grateful to Dr. Kaiser! We were referred to him by our pediatrician for our daughters recurring ear infections. He is incredibly knowledgeable and also direct - he provides you with all of the information you need to make an informed decision about your treatment options in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. We decided ear tubes were the best option for her and the results have been great! We were nervous as parents since it was her first surgery but he was reassuring and made the process seamless. The next year I developed recurring sinus infections, and I immediately made an appointment with Dr. Kaiser as I trusted him to help me navigate my options. I chose to have surgery and the results have been amazing so far! Our family would highly recommend Dr. Kaiser - he is an excellent physician.

The appointment felt rushed and the Dr.Kaiser'sdemeanor is quite unwelcoming. I was asked a couple canned questions upon seeing him. He basically knows what he knows, and good luck getting any extra helpful info from him. I felt extremely rushed....like I was an inconvience for showing up. Will absolutely not go back.
