Dr. Manikadan Sugumaran and his PA are awesome. I left a neck surgery with a paralyzed vocal cord and a feeding tube. Dr. Sugumaran has been very professional, personable, patient and kind. He answered all my questions and always acts as if he not hurried. He gave me hope and I was able to have the feeding tube removed after 4 months. My vocal cord may permanently be paralyzed, but the Dr explained all my options. I recommend him highly.

DR. GUJRETHI- DO NOT GO TO HIM FOR ANY TYPE OF CARE So upset that I trusted Dr. Gujrethi with my care and even more disappointed that he will continue to allow patients to suffer. I had gone to him for years and have mentioned the same concerns: swelling on my right side, occasional pain, and asymmetrical face. I was told an asymmetrical face was normal and that the pain could be TMJ. Most recently I came in because the pain was unbearable, the swelling was amplified and consistent for weeks. I was told the symptoms I shared didnt make sense. I told him this is debilitating and I cant live like this anymore- something needs to be done. So he did take action and referred for a CT scan and wrote me for gabapentin because he believed it was muscle or a neurological issue. 2 days later I go to an oral surgery who said I have an obstruction and infection in the salivary gland and need to see an ENT. Well, just saw an ENT who dismissed my concerns. Ended up in the ER needing IV antibiotics and heavy pain medications. Was discharged and referred to a new ENT to follow up with. Due to the medical negligence of Dr. gujrethi, I have experienced years of occasional pain, suffering because I thought this was just the new normal for me and needed to find acceptance, self esteem issues due to the asymmetrical face, and thousands of dollars for fillings, root canals, and crowns because apparently tooth decay is a big side effect of salivary gland stones. And now thousands of dollars for an ER visit. Dr. Gujrethi stop practicing or start actually listening to your patients. You might be the one with a medical degree but your patients are the experts on their bodies and their symptoms, so I encourage you to take your ego out of practice and prioritize patient care.

I just had the worst experience trying to book a second opinion for my sons possible ear tube removal. He has 1 tube that hasn't fallen out after several years and my other doctor wants to do a very expensive surgery to remove it, which we will do if we have to. The scheduling lady was awful and didn't want to book my appointment since someone else did his ear tubes originally. Gave me a stupid analogy about how a orthodontist would never look at another orthodontists work. It's called a 2nd opinion, of course it's someone else's work originally. She was very rude and unhelpful, everything was a problem for her.

Worst experience i had in with any doctor practice ever in my life This is my first Ever bad review that im writing for a business! Highly NOT recommended, just go somewhere else They will ask you for money, and after you pay what they asked, theyll ask for more and keep asking even tho you paid everything the asked originally, threat with collection and the absurd thing is that the surgery they did didnt even helped, no Improvmant what so ever Had a deviated septum surgery, that the doctor there recommanded me on, andi was told this AOC branch that it will be X$ He sent me to a very far surgery center that HE OWN! i pay what the told me in his office and in the surgery center Had the surgery (almost a year ago now) and dont have any improvement in breathing, or general life quality (that they promised) 6 month after the surgery his office call me and ask for more money THAT THE DOCTOR ASKED FOR THE DOCTOR (himself) We tried to explain that we paid what they originally told us, and we agreed upon, and asked if there were any complications that caused the extra charge They said no and that the doctor wanted more money (that what we agreed upon) and if we wont pay it will go for collection This place is a scam! No wonder the reviews are so low Will nor recommend, and actually ill get out of my way to make sure people i know will never go there and experience this shady, scam place

This is my first Ever bad review that im writing for a business!
Highly NOT recommended, just go somewhere else
They will ask you for money, and after you pay what they asked, theyll ask for more and keep asking even tho you paid everything the asked originally, threat with collection and the absurd thing is that the surgery they did didnt even helped, no Improvmant what so ever
Had a deviated septum surgery, that the doctor there recommanded me on, andi was told this AOC branch that it will be X$
He sent me to a very far surgery center that HE OWN!
i pay what the told me in his office and in the surgery center
Had the surgery (almost a year ago now) and dont have any improvement in breathing, or general life quality (that they promised)
6 month after the surgery his office call me and ask for more money THAT THE DOCTOR ASKED FOR THE DOCTOR (himself)
We tried to explain that we paid what they originally told us, and we agreed upon, and asked if there were any complications that caused the extra charge
They said no and that the doctor wanted more money (that what we agreed upon) and if we wont pay it will go for collection
