Staff was great every step of the way from consult up to the day my baby received the helmet. I received several emails during the process to inform me of what stage we were at before the band was fabricated. On the day of delivery, the nurse was very informative. I was informed of all the things to look for after delivery. He happened to need an adjustment several hrs later despite some adjustment day of. I called, and even though they were busy, they worked him into the schedule to adjust a spot on the band. I'm very happy. Definitely recommend this location.

I loved this place!! I am a new mom and I was very concerned about the helmet but all the staff were very professional and answered all my questions. the doctors and nurses are amazing, I am very grateful for their help and patience with my baby.

I wish I could give a zero. I paid every penny and checked with insurance, they already paid their part. But I still get letter from collection agency and it affected my loan. I called but no one is able to help! Avoid this place!

I give this place no stars!! For one they are rude! Lack of customer service. I provided EOB benefits multiple times by email.Theyre Insurance liaison says they were blurry. I then Provided EOB papers in person that were handed to Front office staff states she made copys for their records! Come to find out they were never scanned in my childs chart!! Now Im being told that my child cannot receive his 3rd Doc band until I pay off full balance from remaining doc bands as my 150 day mark from providing EOB forms is up. Ashley who works in the insurance department was so rude she bad mouthed me told me this was my fault and I will need to pay full balance in order to be scheduled for another consultation! She provided me with very bad customer service. laughed in my face as I told her I was going to file a complaint. Instead of accommodating me and trying to help my son who is the patient in this very stressful situation she made matters worse. This is not good patient care!! Im very furious with this matter!! Not acceptable.
