This has been the worst experience Ive ever had at a hospital. First, my intake was a disaster, I have sickle cell and was going into a crisis along with just being hit by a car. The intake staff spent 14 min arguing with my parents as they are telling the front office i could not breathe. The MA never put that I was a SCA patient in my record... not until I was in the trauma dpt was I given adequate care. I did not have a pulse in my leg and instead of doing what was quickest to get me back the MA argued for 14 minutes . The follow up: This is my first fracture/break and have never been in this much pain, upon calling for 4 days straight I was ignored until I said I was not going back for my post op ..ONLY then was I able to speak to someone and was told to place ice over my cast for the pain. I understand hospitals are busy and its already a tense situation . But the sheer disrespect and Ill concern for their patients is atrocious. To add, my wife, mother and sister all work for banner medical and say this is the worst they have ever seen when it comes to care. Do better, Be better Banner

The 2nd floor men's bathroom has a nonfunctional urinal. We will see how the surgery goes...

Well my advise stay away the worse day of my life. Put this way lost my leg do to a Mr Jones would say Doctor in my mind hes not had 2 other Doctor Tell me could have saved it if done surgury tue Same day. Then i remember it schonl guess i was the Guineen pig in Order from students to pass this class. They had Student cut my leg of course she forgot to please a flap had to Back in surgury 2 days Later now the leg 5 more inchs shorter. I ask them not too let a Student do it they still did. So run from this Place or you right be the next Guineen pig

Dr Hustedt did knee surgery on me and it went well. The hospital was awesome to me too.
