New patient with a sudden eye concern- they were extremely sweet over the phone and got me into the office 2 hours later. The doctor was also very friendly and thorough. This office was my 4th call of the morning and everyone else was either rude or too busy and unsympathetic to my issue. When you experience a crisis with your vision it is very scary and having friendly, caring people to deal with makes a big difference. Ill be back to this office for my annual visits from now on.

I 've been been going to Advanced Eye Care Center for many years The're very friendly and efficient. They go to great lengths to make sure their customers are pleased with their visits, either for eye exams or just glasses that I needed and couldn't find there. They asked me to return in a few days while they searched through their available channels and found several pairs I'd described to them. I chose one I really liked and can't wait to wear them.
