Yordy and the general manager helped me inspect my car after I got an oil change at a different location. He found that the previous location did a bad job and it turned out that my car had a faulty gasket and one of the lines wasnt hooked up properly. Will definitely come back, I offered to pay for the inspection and adjustments they made and they were real nice and told me I could give something if I wanted to but that I didnt have to.

I would love to just take a minute to say I have always had an excellent experience with Jiffy Lube. Your employees at the Phoenix location at 9010 W. Thomas Rd. are so professional and so courteous. The customer service at this store is exceptional! I went for a quick oil change. There was a young man who went over the findings of my vehicle with me. I believe his name was Hayden. That young man is very knowledgeable and very kind and friendly. Even though I brought my car in 20 mins before closing, they still did all the basics to my car, including a quick vacuuming! Can't beat that! Will always get my oil changed and all auto repairs at this store. Keep up the excellent service! Thank you.

One of the better Jiffy Lube for walk ins. Getting an oil change from Yordi and his team was a quick process. They also did a thorough light check. Overall, a good experience.
