Waiting in line. Got in and they didnt have the oil filter I needed. If they had come and seen me. Found out which filter I needed before I waited they would have saved me 30+ minutes of sitting in line.

Won't ever go back. Seraphim was rude to me saying (don't get mad Miss) when I kept saying no to the other services. I wasn't mad. I'm 59 years old I've done oils changes myself, he kept saying stuff about my high miles. I didn't go in for a pep talk, just an oil changes. Never again!!
