Tried doing an exchange for an item bought the same day. Incorrect item, front cashier, barely seemed willing to tend to me and told me that I would have to return it Completely. Im not sure why he wasnt able to assist with an exchange when I just needed the correct item.

Absolutely appalled with the service at the TSA pre check area. I arrived 6 minutes after they opened, 4 minutes prior to my appointment and the girl who runs the show was MIA. there other lady couldn't access the system. She was very nice and was on hold with IT to try to obtain access. The girl who had access "left but would be right back". I overheard a guy tell the other workers that the girl text him saying she text him 5 minutes ago and was 20 minutes away. Meaning we still had 15 mins until she showed up. None of the workers gave us any explanation until I threw a fit and they told me she forgot her badge at home and needed to get it to access the system. She comes in a billion years late and instead of offering apologies she tells her coworkers how she got into it with some lady in the parking lot over a parking spot. Extremely unprofessional. Will never return to staples again.
