image Absolutely terrible! Cplc non profit is a judgemental place. They're abrasive with people, and the young lady that was working with me she spoke down to me, as if I had no idea of what was going on. These ladies have no business working in a nonprofit culture facility. It was a joke. And then she denied me saying that we made too much like 28 bucks. She incorrectly edit the totals, and if you truly cared about helping us and really sitting with us like she should have she would have caught her mistake. When I noticed the error I called on Monday I asked for the head of the center , and now I totally understand why her people are so abrasive. And so unapproachable, she was just as rude, and when I explained her what was going on she kept cutting me off and said okay so I guess you want to redo we'll make an appointment for you and then hung up on me. Remember the shadow you cast is how your your people are going to perform.
As a Latina that was so disappointed

image The website is ridiculous, they have a picture of me and my family on their website from years ago that picture was taken from a completely different occasion!! my sister was in burnt center because she had a accident with 2 degree burns on her stomach , this is our family picture we took at a event for the burned center and some how it ended up on here making us look like a poor happy family who received help when in reality its not what happened, take our picture down idk how it ended up all the way in this website

image I called and spoke to the executive director who mediately cut my conversation short by saying they haven't had any rental assistance for years?! Why are the still listing themselves as such? It's so frustrating when you're trying to get help and a waste of time to call these places that have absolutely no funding available. I think in order to get funds and assistance in phoenix you have to be the race of the majority! Pop eriod . There's NEVER anything left for anybody else after they've called and their kids kids and friends and multitude of relatives have called. We can't wait to move away from phoenix to a more equally diverse city or place. Its ridiculous how were outnnered here by the millions and it's getting worse and worse! I suspect that El Chappo will be the governor of this state before too long! We've had it! This system in Arizona is designed to cater to the majority and that's never going to change! Adios! Phoenix you've been completely taken over and invaded!
