The Nail Artistry

*IMPORTANT!!* DO NOT TRUST THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT! Recently I paid over 130 for gel mani/ pedi. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the equipment , the quality of the work nor the treatment from the staff. After only a few days all my nails starting breaking. I returned to talk about my options and why this was happening.. I was rudely shouted out in front of the entire salon telling me its my fault for having weak nails. Firstly, I cant understand why I was not treated better and talked to with the respect as a customer. Secondly, had my nails not be suitable they should have treated it that way, not made them worse nor taken money! From their unbelievably rude attitude it is obvious they get several complaints. I think their products are substandard and they frankly could care less only wanting to take money. The Nail Artistry - I hope you raise your game and treat your clients better or youll have none! You have been reported to the AZ board of cosmetology and I encourage any others that have had mal treatment here to do the same.

I have been going here since they first opened many years ago (2018-ish). Typically, I come once every 6-8 weeks. I always loved the PV location the most. It's a bit pricey, but the service was always worth it. Today, I was came in for a gel pedicure. I called ahead, and they said to come over. I selected the cat eye polish, and my technician did not apply the final coat with the cat eye effect (which I have received in the past). And my feet are not smooth along the sides or heels, despite paying extra for callus removal and sugar scrub (deluxe). I should have believed all the recent 1 star reviews, but I was wrongly skeptical. Come on Nail Artistry! Service: Pedicure

Went after work got a basic gel manicure and was in n out within an hour. Its not the best one Ive ever had but it looks good and Id come back if im on this side of town.
