Dont go here unless you could care less about actually getting your nails done at your SCHEDULED time. I made an appointment for 4pm on Thursday. The next day the owner text me and said come at 3pm. He didnt even ask if that worked for me, just assumed. I re-worked my schedule so I could come at 3pm. The day of my appointment I called 30 minutes ahead to ensure she was on time. He assured me she was. I arrived for my appointment at 3pm only to see someone still getting their nails done. At 3:25 I lost my patience. I expressed that I was frustrated because I felt I had been more than flexible, and instead of the owner apologizing he argued with me. He was rude and his only solution was to come back on Tuesday. I literally lost it. The reality is, if a customer makes an appointment they expect to be seen at that time as most people have a schedule. If you are running late then call the customer to reschedule or offer a discount on the services. Dont be rude and argue with me. This place is a joke with only two employees working its no wonder they cant schedule things accurately. Dont go there. Its a waste of your time and energy!!!! Service: Dip powder

I had a great experience while in the salon. I had a regular polish pedicure, eyebrow wax, and an SNS manicure. My pedicure and waxing service were perfect. Nothing over the top but very satisfactory.
Unfortunately, my nails didn't last a day before they started cracking underneath the top coat. I work in health care and I work over night so I was unable to contact the business until 5 days after my initial appointment. By this point, 8/10 of my nails were all damaged, cracking and chipping. I do not get my nails done often, but I've had them done enough to know having a set of SNS nails last less than a week is not normal.
Not only do I have a physically demanding job that requires a lot of lifting and computer work, but I'm also a mother to a toddler. I've had many manicures that have held up to my lifestyle up until this point.
When I called the salon, the scheduler did try to get me in as soon as possible. After some back and forth discussion, he suggested a time that I was still unavailable for and before I could decline the suggested date, he hung up the phone.
I've attached two photos of my nails as before and after examples.
Based on their general reviews, it seemed they have a very successful salon and I was really looking forward to coming back. Needless to say I won't be.
