Gentle Giant Moving Company

Matt and Brandon were so incredibly thoughtful, helpful and trustworthy. I happened to be outside Crate and Barrel trying to put a couch in my trunk when they were there picking up furniture for a client. They asked if I needed help putting the couch into my car and happily offered to do it for me. When the couch wasnt fitting quite right they offered to put it on their truck and drive it to my house. It was such an incredibly nice gesture. They were so sweet and I would call them immediately if I ever needed anything moved and/or stored.

Moved my mother from her apartment in an adult independent complex to an assisted living unit during the hottest day of the year. Never once complained about the heat. Were very gracious and accommodating to the elderly tenants, allowing them to use the elevator first, even though they may have been waiting with items for the moving truck when the tenants approached the elevators. Would definitely recommend Gentle Giant (Matthew, Mike and Carlo).

My husband and I have worked with many movers, and Gentle Giant was THE BEST experience for us. Matt and Carlo were super pleasant, professional and timely. They treated all our items as if they were their own. Everything was carefully wrapped and gently carried the entire way. Many moving companies have very shady practices and we never felt this way with Gentle Giant. Everything was explained in detail and we had NO HIDDEN charges! From the time we received our quote to the very last item placed in our new home was a flawless and pleasant moving experience. Although we don't plan on moving for a long time, when we do - Gentle Giant will be our go to company. We highly recommend them!!!!

I was THOROUGHLY impressed by the magnitude of care and attention to the hoisting of my float tank upstairs through my spare room window by this team of dedicated, thoughtful, and experienced professionals!! After searching the web for a few days, I finally found Gentle Giant and quickly got in touch with Will who coordinated me with Matthew who then came out just as soon as he could to assess the situation and come up with a game plan to get the tank situated as my stairwell entrance was a bit tight and the hallway to the room would have definitely made it impossible. After looking at the window and measuring it against the tubs dimensions, he alleviated any concerns about my getting it into the room with almost absolute confidence with succeeding even though the window allowed for less than 1/2 of clearance. Matthew is so personable, sharp, and friendly and we hit it off right away as he is into self-care as much as I am with how I have an ice bath, sauna, and gym in my garage. I was assured that we were going to succeed in the endeavor thanks to his experience and surety after the initial consultation. When it came time the day of the hoist, Carlo, Matt, and Mike all showed up ready to rock and gave it everything to figure out just how to get it upstairs through the window. They all were friendly, fun, accommodating, expedient, and very smart & safe thinking on the fly about coming up with a resolute solution to my dilemma. After many futile attempts due to the awkward shape, size, and weight of the tub, they landed on a solution that would prove to be ingenious only a few days later. Marc also joined in on the hoist on that day and was very experienced and dedicated. Mike, new to AZ & fresh from the east coast team, spoke of many different types of jobs that kept him nimble on his toes and I can tell that he is coming from a place of great experience. Carlo has a lot of heart, is very personable, smart, and not only a solid team player, but very family-oriented I discovered in conversation. Marc and Matt are brimming with authority from years of experience, and were steadfast in seeing the job through with an amazing result! When I saw the tub make it through the upstairs window by a hair, my world lit up!!! I am sooo pleased not only to have the tub in place, but for having enjoyed the experience of working with a team of high-caliber individuals who demonstrated incredible skill, fortitude, and heart in not only the job that needed completion, but a level of care and commitment to the ethics that are the backbone of this solid company.
