Very deceitful how they calculate their fee. When I scheduled, we agreed on a flat amount for the job. NEVER mentioned they charge hourly. We even confirmed via text messages. I called AFTER the guys left because they were tired. My partner paid them in full (our mistake). The person who scheduled the service with was very defensive and became more agitated as I asked questions. She couldn't tell me how they calculate their services. When she told me how much I said we over paid and she then started talking about additional charges. I asked her to break down for me the charges and she only became more agitated. This company is deceitful and word of caution to anyone who uses them in the future. i know I won't be using their service ever again!!!

Terrible customer service. I prepaid, Driver was over an hour late, when he arrived he wanted to raise the price prior to doing anything. He became argumentative and drove off without any explanation. If you want to experience the absolute worst customer service then by all means try these guys out. If you value your time and have respect for your fellow man don't.

Just got moved by Benjamin with Deft Movers and had an excellent experience. They gave me a great price, showed up with a beautiful truck, showed up on time, were extremely careful, professional, and very polite. Everything was as agreed upon. I highly recommend them.

LOVED our moving experience with Deft Movers. Our movers were funny and professional and really nice. They were careful with our furniture. Sometimes moves are kinda awkward because you see these movers working so hard and you just want to say something but don't know how to start a conversation with them. These guys were AWESOME! They made the usually yucky task of moving much more enjoyable. The office staff who booked the move did everything she could to make the move happen and she was VERY nice and professional. Deft Movers LLC is getting rave reviews from me!
