I received a referral from my Financial Advisor for David. David was nice enough to meet me at my place of work with my time being limited. He went over several options keeping my end goal in mind. I was delayed on returning documents to him but he did not hound me (even though it was in my best interest) He just "checked in and asking if I had any questions". This kept the process on the top of my mind unlike other mortgage brokers that were constantly e-mail and texting asking for a missing document. I enjoyed working with someone who didn't treat me as a number but as a person that needed a product or service that would help my situation. I highly and strongly recommend David Whitlach for all local mortgage needs.
