I'm a single mother of two and after 8 years of renting, I decided it was time to buy a home. I qualified for the Pathway to Purchase program and after two days of looking, found the perfect home and put in an offer. Being new to this, I was anxious and naive! Working with Amy was the absolute best experience because not only was she extremely versed in the Pathway to Purchase rules and regulations, but she was confident, educated, informed, transparent, honest, timely, friendly, and professional through the entire transaction. I absolutely trusted Amy and had faith that she had my best interest in mind. She became my partner and my friend, educating me through the process, and making sure my needs were met and that I understood all of my options to make the right decisions for me and my little family. As expected, I faced a few obstacles. But Amy knew my rights, fought for me, and in the end, I closed on my home in about 45 days.
