The worst customer service ever, one star is so mucho, hay prefer 0 star fore this place and people that work there.

Zero respect for the customers here! If you want to be treated like you are a criminal then go here! For the first time in my life person was screaming at me you can leave! You will not get money from me! What?! Dont waste your time. I received money with no problem in neighborhood store. Just go to the Frys. To the manager: train your people how to talk with customers.

One of the services people might want from a 24hr western union location is to pick or send money in a emergency, why the heck does the clerk inside not have a working password for western union at this location? seriously if your thing is to be open 24/7 please have services available 24/7 when there's a big western union sign. just go to check pls it is a far drive from bell rd but at least they have 24/7 services as advertised.

I've been there 5 times in past 2 weeks. The two women and young man that assisted me were great, never waited more than 2 min, and they are all very knowledgeable! Not sure where all these negative comments come from....
