Good group of guys. My freight forwarder uses them / Towne Air Freight as the Phoenix distribution point. I've had them both deliver to me and gone down there when I need my parts quickly and just unloaded the pallets there on the loading dock. This will be my 4th shipment using them.
The manager really helped me when my shipper dropped the ball and didn't notify me of the ETA. My shipment had been in the warehouse for too long and racked up a hefty fee. They allowed me to use their office to get things right and help guide me.
