John and Cyndi are truly spectacular in the Real Estate business. They listen to every part of their clients' dreams and desires, and find the exact home they want. I have worked with them both personally and professionally, and have never once been disappointed. Their follow up is awesome, attention to detail beyond reproach, and the best part is - they really care about their clients. We started out as professional partners, and have become fast friends. If the reviews gave me the ability to give more than 5 stars, they would get all of them from me.

Where to begin, I honestly cant thank both John and Cyndi enough! They helped me find my first home in a pandemic. We started the hunt right before my 30th birthday with the goal of a house by 30. We looked for a month put in multiple offers but got declined. Every declined offer John was always re assuring and ready to go back at it. We found a house put an offer got an acceptance and an issue with inspection made me withdrawal. John was very understanding and just wanted me to be happy and didnt care the time it took or the amount of effort he had to put in. Right as we pulled out of contract I lost my financing due to the pandemic. I cant tell you how devastating that was, I called John almost in tears with the news, and again he wouldnt let me be discouraged. He kept telling me when the time is right we will find the house, the right financing, and it will be before your next birthday. I cant forget to mention he remembered when my birthday was and we had showings that day and he brought me a little cake, which was beyond sweet. Fast forward a little bit I get a call from my loan officer saying that financing was a go. I took a leap of faith called John and boom two weeks later he found me my dream starter home! He negotiated like crazy got the price down and not a cent out of my pocket in closing costs. We have a house, a place to call home, a place for my little fur family and boyfriend. It was hard buying my first home and not having my mom and dad there to celebrate or see it, they live in CA and with the pandemic and health issues we want to be careful. This is where the true Crown Jewel about How amazing they are comes in. I felt like the day I got keys I had great friends there cheering me on. They did not just deliver professional and great service which it was, they delivered me joy, words of encouragement, endless reassurance that it will happen. I needed that the most truly in this process. If you need a realtor John and Cyndi are the team to have in your corner! From the bottom of mine and James hearts thank you for what you have done, and I cant wait to show you the house once we are settled!
