        I will never go here again. The staff was rude and dismissive. Their communication is horrible and when you try to talk to anyone including the manager they make it clear they don't care about the costumer or how they can do better. I didn't even get a proper apology for the horrible experience. The manager said "I guess I can apologize"

        If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had great experiences at the Honda and Ford shops around here so I assumed this would be a similar experience. Customer service was terrible. The oil change was supposed to take 2 hours and it ended up taking 4 with no communication from their end even though I left multiple voicemails looking for updates. Go anywhere but here

        Took in to replace drivers airbag due to a recall. They no longer have a shuttle, the use Lyft. Very convenient.
