We had an outstanding experience using Sharri as our realtor. We had an unusual situation in that our investment property was occupied and we didn't want to ask our tenant to leave during a pandemic in order to fix up and sell the condo. We had resigned ourselves to the idea of waiting a year to sell the property and possibly missing out on the housing boom. Sharri understood our goals and did a lot of research, talking to multiple buyers and sellers in similar situations, and devised a plan to specifically market the property to investors, allowing our tenants to remain in their home. She was very thorough and proactive in gathering all the necessary information to effectively market the property and attract a very specific kind of buyer. She listed the property on a Friday and we had multiple offers by Sunday. The sale closed in under a month, with no hassle or undue effort on our part. To say that we were delighted with Sharri's service would be a huge understatement!

Sharri was exceptional, helping us sell our elderly mom's house in the middle of the 2020 pandemic. After carefully listening to our goals, she made excellent suggestions as to how to fix up and stage the house for greatest impact, and for what price. She actually jumped in at several points, painting a door, changing out bulbs on a high ladder, clearing out birds nest over the front door.... What I am saying, is that this is a realtor who values perfection and going the extra mile to help her clients. Throughout the entire process, she was responsible, knowledgeable, patient and kind. There were excellent pictures taken and the end result was that our house sold within hours of going live on the MLS , with Sharri handling the negotiations beautifully. We highly recommend her and would definitely use her services again when needed.

Sharri's expertise and knowledge, along with her warm personality made it a pleasure to have her as my realtor! She asked the right questions to really understand what I wanted and needed- location, size, lifestyle, esthetics, budget and everything in between.
