My wife and I reached out to Lindsay and Shannon about 3 months before we moved to Phoenix without a plan. It was okay though because Lindsay and Shannon showed UP! We chatted on zoom, they got a feel for what we were looking for, and they gave us a tour of the cutest neighborhoods that checked all of the boxes. We picked a few neighborhoods and they showed us units there. It was such an easy and seamless process, and I really appreciate their understanding of the urgency of our situation. We were also a bit of a disaster- We switched from buying, to renting, to either renting or buying and settled on renting for now, and buying once we got to know the area a little better. They were so patient with us and super understanding of what we wanted in a home. My wife is so incredibly particular so truly I am sincerely thankful for their patience. In addition to being professional, they were also just nice and fun people to work with! I think honesty and integrity are two of their core values because they were transparent about everything. They were also always on our side- even if that meant they lost out. The Phoenix housing market is intimidating but Lindsay and Shannon just made this process super digestible and easy. We would highly recommend this team! We could not have had a better team to work with!

Lindsay and Shannon are outstanding! Not only did they take the time to get to know us and our home, they explained every detail and answered questions we didn't even think to ask. Their knowledge and expertise, combined with quick wit and humor, made our experience a breeze. I would 100% use them again!

After interviewing a bunch of realtors, we felt the most comfortable with Lindsay and Shannon. They don't beat around the bush and sugar coat things, they're straightforward and give you all the facts and years of experience to help you make an informed decision about potential repairs, listing price, timeliness etc. They will hold your hand through the whole process and even show up with Starbucks when your wife is having a hard day.
There's no one I would rather have in my court when it comes to real estate. We ended up getting an offer for the same price it appraised for within hours of our house hitting the market.
They went above and beyond dozens of times; as we were already out of state when our house hit the market. Shannon and Lindsay selfishly handled everything that was not in their realm of responsibilities just to take stress off of us.
Hire them. You'll regret it if you don't.

Shannon and Lindsay were such a delight and help to work with. It was my partner and Is first time buying a home and they walked us through the somewhat daunting task of buying a home and always had our back and best interest at heart. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
