Looking for a home is stressful and can be a lot of work. Shawna was responsive, approachable, and hard working. We found her communication excellent as she always made herself available whether it was a phone call, text, or to see a home last minute. She created an online portal for us that reflected exactly what we were looking for as my husband and I are very particular. Shawna was flexible to our busy work schedules and always made time to get us appointments for homes we wanted to see. Her friendly, down to earth demeanor made the process a lot more fun!

Our realtor was Shawna Harkensee (although Polly Mitchell helped us, too) and she helped my wife and me find our first home, and it turned out great. She guided us through the process and was very receptive to what we wanted/how picky we were. Everything went much more smoothly than we'd feared.
