We recently worked with Joe and and his team to purchase a home and would highly recommend them! Joe is very knowledgeable about the market and market fluctuations. He used data to help us compare different homes and then to look at comparable home values. Joe also communicated with other agents very effectively, often reading between the lines which helped during negotiations. He helped us to be efficient with our house search too wed go through online listings together to make sure we only saw viable homes in person. Joe was patient, not rushing us to choose a home, and was very flexible with our schedules. On the rare occasion he wasnt available, he had a team to step in and help. The process was seamless. Our only criticism would have been great if he could lower interest rates and increase housing inventory.
