Dan (HE IS FREAKING AMAZING) has worked with my Husband and I for 2 sales and 1 purchase. He oversaw BOTH sales and each were sold literally in the first 5 minutes of list and open house. On our purchase he was BRILLIANT in negotiating for us. We would have used him for our move out of state if we could have. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I hired Dan for the sale of 2 of my properties in Scottsdale & Rio Verde and the purchase of a 3rd property in Scottsdale. I was impressed with Dans marketing and use of beautiful high quality photography and virtually staging one of my properties resulting in high on-line exposure, getting my homes sold for top dollar in a short period. At the same time he quickly negotiated my home purchase in Scottsdale, creating what seemed like one seamless transaction. He was always there, every step of the way, answering any questions I had and accommodating my busy schedule. I will definitely call on Dan to represent me in the future!

Moving across the country during a pandemic and political uncertainty is rather stressful. Ive previously traveled to the Phoenix area for business many times, but have always stayed in the same location. I wanted to find a realtor who knew the area and someone who would be as transparent as I would be. Dan was able to 1) guide me in the right neighborhood and 2) give me his honest opinion about some of the properties I wanted to see. I can say that he went above and beyond the call of duty to show me around the listings he suggested as well as some that I wanted to see. Dan is quick to respond and is very reliable. I was only in town for the week and needed to sign a lease ASAP. Unfortunately, time was not in my favor, but Dan stepped up and helped coordinate with the landlords a walk through and made sure everything was good. He held on to the keys until I moved a month later. I really appreciate Dan for all his hard work. I highly recommend him if you are in the market to buy! I look forward to working with Dan again!
