Firstly, and most obviously, she was smart, courteous, professional, experienced and just an all round absolute pleasure to work with. From day one she had my best interest at heart. Secondly, she problem solved quickly and efficiently throughout the closing process. Escrow was slightly complicated (through absolutely no fault of Kimberly's), and her dedication to the right outcome shone brightly. Kimberly was a fantastic help. I live out of state, my Mom had just passed away and I had to clean out and sell my Aunt's house on the weekends. Kimberly was extremely helpful in advising us, in finding vendors to help fix items in the house, and advising us on the market in the area, and coming by for moral support, really just going above and beyond in any area that should could. I couldn't have asked for someone with more integrity and heart than Kimberly. I cannot recommend her services enough. If ever I need a realtor in Arizona I am coming directly to Kimberly.

Kimberly helped us sell our house and the process was smooth and painless. This was the first time we have ever sold a home and had a ton of questions. Her advice and guidance was all invaluable. Couldn't have asked for a better Realtor. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially for first time home sellers like us.

We were referred to Kimberly by a friend who worked with her in 2020 and had a great experience. My wife and I were first time homebuyers in a market that has not been too kind to buyers. It was immediately clear to me from my first conversation with Kimberly that she had a lot of experience as an agent and was well prepared to help us find our first home in this difficult market. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions as weve never gone through the process of buying a home before. Kimberly had answers to every question we had and was very patient with each inquiry we made. Although we were prepared to make many offers before getting one accepted, Kimberly was able to get our first offer accepted on a house we never imagined we would be able to find. I owe her so much credit for helping us understand what we needed to do to make a competitive offer. Ultimately, her sense of initiative and her many years of experience are the main factors that helped us land this home. There were several attributes that Kimberly exhibited while we were working with her that truly won us over and helped us get our offer accepted on a home. She was honest and straight forward with us and let us know from the get go what to expect and what we needed to be prepared for in order to get an offer accepted. She was extremely knowledgeable about the buying and selling process and the current market, which is essential right now. She was very responsive to all inquiries that we had and to the sellers agent which ultimately got us our house. She was proactive but never made us feel pressured. She was personable and easy to get along with through every step of the process. At the end of the day I think what speaks the most to how great Kimberly was as an agent is the fact that I will be referring my closest family members and friends to her when they are looking to buy or sell their homes. I trust in her completely to take care of the people that I care about most because she took such good care of us during this process. If the day comes that we decide to sell our home, theres no one else I would consider as an agent besides Kimberly. I cant express how thankful I am to her for helping us become home owners.
