        I have never had an experience at a restaurant like this before. There was a small issue with my order. I ordered a giant and got a 8 in which is no big deal. I went back to the store and was criticized that I do not know how to order by a young Hispanic skinny kid with a patchy beard. I wasn't there for free food or drink. I just wanted the other half of my sandwich and all I heard was this kid's mouth. This kid will be the reason I never go back to this location. Cheba Hut and Jersey Mike's all day. 3/8/24

        Mustard is not served on your sandwich at this shop. Even though it is a staple in sandwich condiments, this store doesnt feel the need to offer it on their sandwiches, even though you can order it on their online store. Manager needs to have a talk with Jimmy himself, I grew up with him. Ill be informing corporate of your failure to meet what is minimum standards for a Jimmy Johns sub.

        Order from here all the time great place. Love the food and Ron and Jonathan are amazing and always friendly and ready to help love those guys keep them around jimmy and thanks again
