If I could provide a ZERO star rating- I WOULD! I have been trying to get FMLA to take care of my mother; and it has been SIX months since I opened a claim! Unum is STILL saying they don't have the necessary documentation even though EVERY SINGLE FORM that they have sent to my doctor was completed and returned. I am going to take my chances with my job; and just X Unum out of the picture because they're slow, uncommunicative, and incompetent.

Horrible company !!! Will do anything not to pay. They can get all the information needed and will still say doesnt qualify. What qualifies !!! What a joke!!!

They didn't spreak English well, wanted information I could not find (I figured they would have it, NOT). I have a broken wrist, just had surgery and I am in the middle of getting cataracts done. Not worth it for a minimum wage job?, think?

Worst company ever. Case specialist don’t care about clients and just do the bare minimum and always say not enough documents to make a decision. It has been a month since I have been paid.
