Service seems to be going downhill. My mother and I had a very bad experience at the Desert Ridge location for lunch on 3/18/2023 (it was not busy at all). This is disappointing because we have always had great service before. Our server was Carl P and once we got our food he never checked on us, not once to see if we needed anything and if our food was okay. To make things even worse we waited and waited and waited and he never came around for us to pay our bill. We had to physically get out of our seat and search the restaurant for him just to be able to pay our bill. When we found him he didn't even apologize he just said where's your table. This was very disappointing as we normally spend birthday celebrations and family meals together at Barrio Queen and have never had an issue before.
