        Terrible place to work. Lack of leadership. Plant Manager does not care about safety unless something happens then your in trouble. No safety or training program. If or when promoted there is no training you get thrown to the wolves and expect to know everything. I have been told by 2 people when promoted "I don't know why I'm training you, I didn't get any training." People under you will back stab you, do things they are not supposed to do and tell the plant manager you told them to do it and he will believe them and call you untrustworthy and a liar. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!!
