I went to see Anji for therapy regarding anxiety and trauma. We worked with the EMDR style of therapy and it really helped me understand and move past my hurt and fear. Anji has also worked with play therapy for my 5 year old and he is calmer and sleeps better at night. Anji is very kind and is always flexible when scheduling around my kid's school hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Silver Lining Psychotherapy for anyone in your family. I am so glad I went!!

I chose to see Angela Pergola due to her experience with EMDR and also being in-network with my insurance. I have had years of experience with CBT and talk therapy but nothing could have prepared me for the success of EMDR sessions and coping skills Angela provided. Having suffered with severe health anxiety for over 30 years I have finally found freedom! Within 2 months I was able to be released and have been fantastic for 3 months. I anticipate things will continue to be good as I now have the skills necessary to intervene when I sense anxiety rearing its ugly head.

DO NOT GO TO HER, SHE DESTROYED MY MARRIAGE. My spouse and I decided to go to a counseling meeting to settle some small differences, on the first meeting she gave us, her as an example of relationship, she and her husband live separate but she said they are happy like that and can't live without each other. And maybe it will work for us too. After first meeting my spouse and I decided that is wrong to continue with her, but "Angie" wanted a separate meeting with me, and one with my wife, so we said let's give it another try. On my meeting she basically told me that my wife needs heavy medication for her anxiety, and in another words that our relationship is difficult and is better to find someone else. Give this relationship a break see how it goes. On the other side i found out that she told my wife, that i am a hardworking person but not that smart, and to think about all the bad things that happened to us, this way is going to be easier for her. So she pushed us from each other. I HOPE SOMEONE WILL BE HELPED BY MY REVIEW. I have two bachelors and one of them is in Psychology, she has no experience, she is there only to listen and give you bad advices. I beg you don't go to her. She already ruined our lives.
