Preferred Homecare

My mother in-law has been waiting at the hospital since yesterday ready to be discharged but can't come home until this company delivers her the hospital bed. After almost no communication on their part they said it would be delivered at 1am last night. After not showing up, we called YET again to be given the runaround all day. My poor mother in-law can't come home until they deliver this bed. And it's still NOT been delivered. They put us on hold for over 30 mins each time we called all to still tell us that the bed is on the way. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! They have a low review rating for a reason.

Please stay as far away from this company as you can because the people in the office obviously dont do their job. I had a prescription of something that I needed back in November and here it is March and they still havent brought it to me. So because of the new year I have to start my deductible again with my insurance so I will have to pay 100% cost for the equipment that I needed which I dont think its fair considering it was there laziness and competent to do the job right.

The hold times are not good, and thank the lord grace who works there double checked the address where it was going, we had to change it. Not bad just make sure you check on EVERYTHING down to the T. Grace did a wonderful job!

Honestly if I could give zero I would. This company is the absolute worst. You can never get through to order any kind of medical refills and if you do get through they hang up on you. The customer service reps are absolute monsters to deal with. And I hardly ever get my deliveries before 10pm at night.
