Call this place to get an appointment on Thomas road they couldn't figure out my insurance and told me they would call me back to schedule an appointment they never called back . I have Blue Cross Blue shield how hard is it?? I'll take my business elsewhere

I and my daughter are patients at this office. Dr Nicholas worth and his ma Giselle and awesome at what they do. But there is one downfall the lady at the front not all of the time is very bossy and rude . The office is clean and well organized .

Ill tell you why they have so many 5 star reviews, from the doctor to the receptionist and everyone in between treat you like a real person and care about you, they explain everything! Every question was answered and every concern was addressed. The office is clean and brightly lit, very affordable for cash patients. If I counties more than 5 stars I would. Thank you guys so much for being so professional and caring, I truly appreciate you

Such a time wasters . The doctor chose to send me to a specialist Doctor . And I have asked him to please have her a female, with no less then 10 years of experience. And they have sent me to one thats 30 mins drive on highway. And I said ok as long as good experience I will go . And when arrived , I asked the front desk on how much experience is the doctor am I seeing . And she said she have recently got hired and its only been 4 months since she joined their clinic . It is ridiculous how much gas and time I spent to come to see a doctor that have no experience. And when I called this clinic again health U they blamed the specialist , and its not their fault. I have told her then if it is their mistake, how you guys send me that far ? She said why? Where do you live ? I told her Really?? Dont you have my address on the system? Or this is the specialist mistake too? then she asked then do you want somewhere close to you? I said I shouldnt need to mention . But you guys have just lost a patient ,because you dont care much more then collecting money. She said I see the doctor wrote a note of your request I told her great , did anyone give attention to the note? No . I felt disappointed, that is what I experienced in this clinic. If they really care about me as a patient they should have carefully find a place close to my location and check on me to make sure I was referred to that high experience doctor as requested. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Find a place that cares for you before caring about money.
