Rachel the receptionist is pleasant, however, there are a lot of flaws with the company: The document provided to doctors listing services provided to patients includes transportation. Called to confirm take the insurance I have and stated do help provide transportation. Get the referral in, plus a form the PCP has to fill out, Rachel gives me a call and tells me do not provide transportation. Inform my PCP of this, Rachel tells them they do provide transportation. Get a call from Rachel to start the process, apparently also disorganized who they have spoken to. She then confirms do not provide transportation. MTBA and Uber have refused to provide transportation to me because I have a Service Dog, prior to the total denial, had drivers, especially Uber who does not enforce their supposed ADA policies, deny me rides (even driving off with my hand still in the door handle). So, I been unable to get to medical appointments and was looking forward to resolving transportation, possibly even someone to support me as suffer from anxiety due to the abuse received, yet, not to be. My recommendation is not to use a company that internally misleads and to make folks aware of the deception.

I think their "Navigators" need training in psychology so they can understand more of their "patients" and to grow up. Some of them are way too immature.

i have been involved with Gellert health for approximately 4 years. the staff and owner are top notch and amazing people. i would refer anybody to them.
