Front desk staff was great.. wait time excellent however I am not sure if it was the techs time to leave for the mammogram or not but I have never in all the years that I have received mammograms been handled in that fashion. She did not instruct me to step forward she pushed me forward, did not instruct me to stand back she pushed me back. I would recommend that this young tech really sit down with some of the older experienced techs and learn how treat her patients as human beings and not an object that you can keep shoving around. If she continues to act in this manner someone will fall and hurt themselves.

I was treated very well and the man was very informative I am very claustrophobic he was gentle and made me feel at ease its an open MRI but I still had trouble breathing he was very nice about everything.
