Very unprofessional, please consider doing your imaging elsewhere. No customer service skills what so ever, and when issues are brought up its brushed under the rug like no big deal.

Had a reasonably good experience despite the medical need for being there. After hours visit went smoothly. I was treated very well. I would recommend coming here if you have the option.

Great staff. Pleasant, polite and very helpful. Came in as a walk in and was helped with my chest x-ray promptly.

Overall good experience but whoever the girl who checked me in was fatphobic. Told me to lose weight so I wouldnt have any back problems. I am 220lbs.. nothing crazy but told me it was cause i was fat. Just a rude person who was projecting it seems. sorry we have different metabolisms I do not know what to tell you lol

This place is a mess. All they care about is money, and I will be reporting all of this to BBB and whatever medical board I find and need to, best believe I will be looking this up. First of all, your medical billing lady hung up on my mom that had questions about a balance that she never received an invoice for. She was asking for an invoice, and the lady was constantly rude and threatened collections and eventually hung up. Thankfully my mom was able to get her insurance and someone from here on three way, and now theyre investigating it. There was an preauthorization, they messed up the original scan as well here, how is it such a mess here?
