      Hello. You are not even a patient here so your review is miscast and inappropriate. When the staff is busy tending to phones or other patients it is unreasonable to expect them to drop everything at the instant you demand. The actual patients here think very highly of the staff and compliments abound. Unfortunately your review interferes with the relationship of your mother and this practice so she is discharged immediately.
