So my mother had an appointment today that needed to be rescheduled because she's not feeling well enough to leave the house. Supposedly the next apt available is Sept 21, over a month away. This apt is for results from some blood work that was done. Hopefully it's nothing serious, bcus a month wait for something that could be life threatening is ridiculous. The young lady answering the phone could also use an etiquette and customer service class.

Doctor says, front office will schedule an appointment for MRI, what do they do give me a follow up appointment but without first the MRI, how do I go for follow up when not been attended for MRI

My wife went to this clinic a few years ago and the doctor she saw wanted to put her on Dialysis, now after seeing another doctor she is not any where near having to be put on Dialysis. Please get a second or third opinion before these doctors try to do that harm, they are doing it to make money.
