        I needed to find a new ob-gyn as my old is making me wait months for a semi-urgent matter. As a new patient, I have been on hold for 60 minutes (I am stubborn) so far, and still no answer. (This is during posted business hours, and it is not a holiday.) If I had a car, it would be quicker to drive there to ask a question and then come back home. That tells me all I need to know about this place. It is as if they are on the other end waiting for me to hang up. Surely, if they TRIED to answer their phones, it wouldn't take that long... Now I know to keep looking for an office that actually cares about women's health.

        Doctors here dont listen to your concerns or take them serious . I had a doctor tell me she has patients every 15 minutes and didnt even bother with my concerns . A patient deserves more than 15 minutes in order to feel like they are being heard . Visit seemed rushed and I felt ignored.. none of my concerns were taken serious and they didnt even offer me a solution. Switching doctors . If you plan on coming here for anything just dont .. go somewhere where they actually care
