Circle the City - Parsons Family Health Center

Really lovely staff who were super caring, welcoming and attentive of my needs during my visit.

So I found out today that the medical center near me is a circle of life. Now it explains why there constantly open drug use in the parking lot. The bum fires and camps have calmed down as of lately, It not every night. But every weekend its still a place to party and do drugs. We had to call to cops a few time over fighting on the parking lot. There still yelling every night. Not to mention the lady who camps there. Has two dogs that bark at all hours of the night. You can tell the dogs are under distress. As they are cold and ignored as she smokes fentanyl and passes out for hours on end.

Almost all women working here so be ready for disorganization, incompetence and general lack of empathy. They have new girls at the front, by 'new girls' I mean they have been there for at least a year and still seem like it is their first day. It is a charity so the name of the game is keep BILLING. If they can't bill for you anymore they need you to go elsewhere please. They must not pay well because they don't stay. I The only real bright spot is DES will have days they are on there so you wont need to go into the offices, that is if they can find people to show up as behavioral health doesn't pay so you get what you pay for. Sadly the only place to get good mental health care is if you are rich or in the penitentiary. The 'nurses' are ghetto here and the counselors are terrible as well. This review is for the 3rd street and Osborn location.

i would rate lower if i could. i waited for hours in a empty waiting room and no one wants to do their job or be helpful. this experience was absolutely awful. i hate coming here
