I really enjoy Dr. Bannis and Dr. Beggs, but the support staff here is so dismally terrible that I cannot continue to come here. Not only is it impossible to reach my doctors when I need a refill on prescriptions, but the scheduling and support staff are just rude, belittling and demonstrate zero concern for helping patients. I just got off the phone after having to call three times to get the correct prescription refilled. I tried to get this taken care of before running out, but they told me I had to call back. I am now out of my mental health medication and when I tried to tell the assistant how urgent it is that I get this medication today SHE LAUGHED. Im glad that mental healthcare is a laughing matter to these individuals. Thats exactly what people struggling need. On top of that, I have had numerous occasions where I called to reschedule an appointment and the staff didnt actually change my appointment date so not only did they try to charge me for a missed visit but I didnt get the care I needed when I expected because the rescheduled visit was never actually set. Do not come here, you will regret it.

As a past employee, this company has ZERO CARE!!!! Management at West Phoenix is very disrespectful, and Central location has so many healthcare mistakes and lots of safety concerns!!! This clinic has no manager so no one is held accountable! Sad to have such bad healthcare in the Valley!!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BY THERE MISSION AND VALUE!!!!!

worst customer service long wait on phones and absolutely horrendous to receive a simple refill or be seen within a timely manner when appt was scheduled an hour earlier waited in that lobby for so long because of their lack of communication and not having a doctor on the schedule because of pure laziness

Its confusing finding the adelante clinic in the building & they dont explain it over the phone when scheduling. The staff is friendly, but I was extremely disappointed that the main test I went in for was lost & the dr had no idea how it happened I showed up once in person after a week & called twice to check in again about results finally almost two weeks later Dr. Aggarwal calls me just to be told that they were lost it was really upsetting to hear that & inconvenient for someone paying out of pocket!!

Excellent service from the reception staff, from the doctor who in my case is Dr. Pia, from the nurses and the very friendly social worker
