Medical Assistant's are amazing! they show care and compassionate to every patient! Belyn u rock!!!!!! Ms Liz you are amazing! the rest is superb!

I told them reason for my visit numerous times. I was ignored. Upon arriving, receptionist was on phone and I was not acknowledged, no sign in sheet nothing. My height and weight were checked, blood pressure taken, even eye sight checked. Taken to room and it was like all paperwork I filled out on line didn't happen. Assistant asked me all history, meds, surgeries, ect, There is a sign on door I should have taken a pic of that says all test they order are mandatory, they can only see you for at most 2 issues at same time at one visit, only order max 2 refills at a time. A lot of nonsensical rules in order for them to stretch out your visits and make them more money. Finally a doctor came in, again asked history, what meds I was on which needed refills, asked me 3 times what blood pressure meds I was on, I am on none, never have been, asked me if I drank or smoked 4 times, I don't. Told me I had to get blood work done, I just had it done 2 weeks ago, that I had to get mammogram done, and the actual reason for my visit ignored. TLTR staff have agenda to make as much money as possible don't care about your health. I told them I'd call to schedule labs and follow up, nope just blocked them.
