I took my sister to therapy she just had a knee replacement 1 week ago, As we were leaving her walker got stuck by the mat And She Almost Fell, As you can see in my pictures e floor, There's NO blue tape by Any of the Doors in the building on that floor, Yet there's a piece of tape where there is NO door, . I do have my pictures & see that I'm unable to share them, I Will Be Saving Them,!!!!

I took the ambulance to that hospital they told me to sit on a chair not on a room the State of AZ needs to close down that hospital bad service and dirty place to have no good never going there no way

WORST HOSPITAL TO GO TO FOR HELP.no patient care, they treat everyone like a piece of trash, Lucinda the nurse in the emergency room literally will throw your discharge papers at you and tell you to get the hell out... Instead of a provider going over the discharge papers with you and informing you what is wrong and what was prescribed to you and why they have a nurse just give you your discharge papers. Worst hospital in Phoenix arizona
