Ortho Mattress

I bought a bed from this company. They had a special going on at the fair. Most comfortable bed I've owned. It's been about 7 years and it's still amazing. It's an adjustable bed and it's got no dents or weird lumps from changing positions. I'm looking for a bed set in my guestroom and unfortunately have moved out of state so I can't purchase one from ortho. If I could, I would. Great quality mattress!

After my dog destroyed my mattress I went to ortho and while sales rep were on vacation. Yet front office lady and Ramon the fill in they helped me and I am very satisfied and would go back again if I need another

Due to space I cannot add all of our experience with this Company all I could say there no good. This Company made us pay 2wice for an upgrade in their Mattresses that are of no good quality they are hard as stone. They refuse to allow u to speak to anyone above them. Once I did locate the number on my own cause the Supervisor (salesman) refused to provide it along with the Secretary there. The ladies there if I could even call them that in the Corporate office are the rudest uneducational employees available. Before I had to dish out anymore money I asked them for a refund and she refused to provide one so I'm out of 1,000 dollars from this Company. They are fraudulent n' fabricator's be careful with them!... If u cared any 4 ur customers u would have had consideration and contacted me! U have the information I provided ur worker's with in Corporate. And about utilizing the 100 day trial we had no choice cause we were never told about it, what the Manager told us was that the company would be closed cause u guy's didn't have the material to keep working and for me to contact him in 2 weeks which turned into a couple of month's of back and forth which only resulted on being insulted by Raul...
